Vendor Terms

These terms apply to businesses and users using WabChamp CRM services. Account Responsibility Users are responsible for: Maintaining login credentials Protecting API tokens and access keys Ensuring authorized use by team members Compliance Requirement Users must comply with: Meta WhatsApp Business Policy Local privacy and consumer protection laws Anti-spam and consent requirements Message Consent Users must ensure that all recipients have provided proper consent before receiving messages. Prohibited Activities Sending promotional messages without consent Misuse of templates Fake order confirmations or misleading communication Harassment, abuse, or illegal content Service Availability We aim for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime due to third-party dependencies. Data Ownership All customer contact data uploaded by the client remains the property of the client. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed.
